Deputy Headteacher Post
The Governors of Runcorn All Saints CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a passionate leader, to join their dedicated team of hard-working staff and to improve the outcomes for our children. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Head Teacher to continue to drive standards and take the school to its next level. There will be a teaching commitment to the post. Runcorn All Saints is on an ambitious and exciting journey with the growth and development of pupils and staff at the heart of what it does.
As a successful candidate, you will be an inspirational and outstanding individual with an ‘I can approach’ who is passionate about developing, delivering and articulating the Christian vision, values and ethos of the school and who will empower others to share in achieving it. The successful candidate should be a highly organised, outstanding classroom practitioner, preferably with experience of or an interest in, developing a deeper understanding of SEND throughout the school.
